Everything you need to know about playing on alibet99, Malaysia's trusted online gaming platform. From opening your account and making your first deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet or Maybank, to understanding bonus terms and responsible gambling tools — it's all right here, in plain English.
Creating an alibet99 account takes under two minutes. Click the Register button on the homepage, fill in your full name, a valid email address, and a mobile number. Choose a secure password, accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit. You will receive a verification email to confirm your address. Once confirmed, your account is active and you can make your first deposit.
The minimum age to register and play on alibet99 is 21 years old. This applies to all players in Malaysia without exception. When you submit a withdrawal request, alibet99 will ask you to complete KYC verification, which confirms your age and identity. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately suspended.
To complete KYC on alibet99, log in and go to Account Settings, then Identity Verification. Upload a clear photo of your Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence. You may also need to provide a selfie and a recent proof of address. Our team reviews submissions within 24 to 48 hours and will notify you by email once your account is verified.
No. alibet99 strictly allows only one registered account per person. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter the email address registered to your alibet99 account and you will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Click the link, choose a new password, and log in. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our 24/7 live chat support team for assistance.
You can request account closure at any time by contacting alibet99's customer support team via live chat or email at support@alibet99.cam. Before closure, ensure any available balance is withdrawn. Note that if you are closing your account for responsible gambling reasons, our team can instead apply a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, which may be more appropriate for your situation.
alibet99 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), so there are no currency conversion fees for Malaysian players.
The minimum single deposit at alibet99 is RM30. There is no requirement to deposit large amounts to get started — you can explore slot games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets from as little as RM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000. These limits may vary slightly during promotional periods, so check the latest deposit information in your account.
Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet at alibet99 are typically processed in under 5 minutes once approved. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The first withdrawal from a new account may take slightly longer — up to one working day — as our team confirms that the eWallet is registered in your own name. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified eWallet are usually near-instant.
alibet99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — such as your bank or eWallet operator — may apply their own processing fees or charges. We recommend checking with your chosen payment provider if you are unsure. To keep costs as low as possible, most Malaysian players find that DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet are the most fee-efficient options.
Bank transfer withdrawals via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, or other Malaysian banks are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal banking hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of standard interbank transfer windows — such as late at night or on public holidays — may take slightly longer. alibet99 aims to approve all withdrawal requests promptly on our end, and delays are almost always due to interbank processing times.
No. alibet99's anti-money laundering policy requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method and account that was used for deposits, and that the account is registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a third-party bank account or to a different person's eWallet. This policy is in place to protect all our members and maintain the integrity of the platform.
alibet99 offers an extensive library of slot games from leading providers, including classic three-reel slots, modern five-reel video slots, progressive jackpots, and Megaways titles. Popular categories include Asian-themed slots, high-volatility jackpot games, and feature-rich video slots with free spin rounds. The full catalogue is accessible on both desktop browsers and mobile devices without any app download required.
RTP stands for Return to Player — it is the theoretical percentage of all wagered money that a slot game pays back to players over time. For example, a slot with 96% RTP will return RM96 for every RM100 wagered on average over a very large number of spins. On alibet99, RTP figures for each slot game are displayed on the game information page. We use RNG-certified games to ensure all outcomes are random and fair.
Yes. alibet99 covers a wide range of football competitions, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and many more. You can place pre-match bets as well as live in-play bets as matches unfold. Live football streaming data and real-time odds updates are available for most major matches, making alibet99 a popular choice for Malaysian football fans.
alibet99 is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS devices. You do not need to download a separate app — simply open alibet99.cam in your smartphone browser and the site will automatically adapt to your screen size. The mobile experience includes the full game library, live betting, deposits and withdrawals, and access to customer support, all without needing to install anything.
alibet99 offers a welcome bonus to all new registered members on their first deposit. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and qualifying deposit minimum are detailed on the promotions page at the time of your registration. To claim the bonus, opt in during the deposit process. The bonus credit is added to your account immediately upon qualifying deposit confirmation.
Wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) specify how many times you must stake a bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place RM2,000 in total bets before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. Full wagering details for each promotion are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms on alibet99.
Yes. All alibet99 bonuses have an expiry period, which is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. If you do not meet the wagering requirements within the stated timeframe, the bonus credit and any associated winnings will be forfeited. We recommend reading the promotion terms carefully before accepting any bonus to make sure the timeframe and requirements work for your playing style.
Yes. alibet99 rewards consistent players through a loyalty programme that recognises your betting activity over time. The more you play across sports betting, live casino, and slot games, the higher your loyalty tier. Higher tiers unlock benefits including increased withdrawal limits, priority customer support, personalised reload bonuses, and dedicated account management for VIP members based in Kuala Lumpur and across Malaysia.
alibet99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing and are never stored in plain text. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to guarantee fair outcomes, verified by independent testing agencies.
Log in to your alibet99 account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gambling section. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it is applied. This tool is available to all members at no cost and is one of the most effective ways to manage your gambling budget.
To self-exclude from alibet99, contact our support team via live chat or email at support@alibet99.cam and request self-exclusion. You can choose a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within one working day. During this period, alibet99 will not send you any promotional communications and your account will be inaccessible for betting.
