alibet99's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
alibet99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. alibet99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section shall limit alibet99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
alibet99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where alibet99 reasonably believes that the member has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other members.
Members may request closure of their account at any time by contacting alibet99 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in a closed account, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending investigations, will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.
Upon termination or closure of an account, the member's licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 14 of these Terms shall survive termination and continue to apply to the extent relevant.
